Duncan Fletcher on substitutes, spirit and that smile
English coach Duncan Fletcher has written an article for the Guardian, Why Ponting's rant over run-out was a load of poppycock. Now I'm not a big fan of the guy. In fact, I don't like many coaches - John Buchanan's psychobabble is annoying and don't get me started on that nutter John Bracewell. But this is an interesting article and Fletcher's Ashes Test by Test analysis is worth a read.
