Mark Boucher labels Australians as "Ashes rejects"

It's a well documented fact that the Australian cricketers don't like being made fun of. Shane Warne will bite the head of any reporter that calls him fat, while the whole team got all pouty and sulked in the corner when Phil Tufnell sledged them during the Allan Border Medal. To add to Jeff Thomson's spray of Shane Watson yesterday, the barage continues as Mark Boucher has labelled the Australians as Ashes rejects, referring to the recall of Damien Martyn and Michael Kasprowicz:
"I believe that they have called up a couple of, what do they call them, Ashes rejects, or something like that."
The South Africans are not exactly subtle in their lead-up to a series. They seem to pick one of their own as a sacrificial lamb who is then sent to the media to mouth off at the opposition, attracting the full attention of the media and wrath of the Australians. In Australia, it was Graeme Smith who suffered a dramatic loss of form under all the scrutiny. This time, they've opted for the Proteas wicketkeeper. A better choice, I think. Graeme Smith as opening bat and captain is the backbone of the innings. All Boucher has to do is catch the ball behind the stumps. However, expect the stump mikes to be turned right down whenever Boucher comes out to bat.
